Adi tribesman of central Arunachal Pradesh preparing for their main annual festival of
Donyi-Polo including animal sacrifice (this festival also coincide with Summer Equinox).. wearing their traditional boat-shaped basketware hat (
bolup) intricately woven wickerwork, which they said may take upto a month to finish a single hat!!. The bright green waistcoat (
bolup) is also their traditional costume.
