Birding Trip near Leicestershire with RSPB Central London Group

Birding with RSPB Central London Group: A day trip to Rutland Water Nature Reserve. Rutland is the smallest county in England. Just east of Leicestershire-- it is 2-1/2 hrs bus ride from central London.
Here the birders are peeping through their binocs and Spotting Scopes at the hundreds of waterbirds on the lake and shore..

Interesetingly, expect for a Spanish girl from Andalucia in her mid-20's and a 2 Brit school boys who came with their dads/grand-dads, the avg age of the group seemed to be 40+ Apparently, not many Brit youngsters are into it.
